I ordered two of these as gifts. One went to the west coast and took 11 days to arrive. The other which was ordered on the same day is still in transit to The south USA for some reason it was not shipped at the same time but this may be due to different destinations. I'm not a smoker but I showed it to my brother and he said it looks very nice and deep enough. I took pictures of the inside and the item next to my hand. The seller was great at communicating and responded in a responsible amount of time. So for my first order fast delivery and made it within the time frame promised. My only con is that from the first photo I thought the item would have a grayish look to it. I originally did not notice that this was due to the flash/lighting. But the second photos of the seller do show colors without the flash so this was my own mistake.
